SMT Operator

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electronics
Experience: 1-2 Years
  • Independently operate the smt machines Make:Yamaha
  • Offline programming/Online programming
  • Setup of the machine, which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing) per the manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

Asst Manager/Sr Engineer -Quality

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electronics
Experience: 2-5 Years
  • implement process quality assurance as per customer requirement and interface with customer on technical/quality/improvement issues
  • Maintaining ISO documentation and managing internal/external audit.
  • Maintain process compliance. Must have knowledge on quality tools with good knowledge on SMT background
  • Knowledge on quality tools, Strong decision-making skills excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results.
  • Implement Process Quality Assurance in the manufacturing processes per customer requirement, Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement issues, maintain process compliance and work on quality improvements in his area of work.
  • Manage a team of technician / Operators to ensure QA & QC.

Quality Inspector

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electronics
Experience: 1-2 Years
  • Inspection of materials as per Specification and Project requirements
  • Visual Inspection of PCB assemblies and accepting as per Project specifications and preparing reports
  • Good knowledge on smt/tht components
  • Good knowledge on soldering process.

Test/Debug Technician

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics
Experience: 2-5 Years
  • is responsible to carry out the analysis of faulty devices, determine the root cause and replace the faulty modules and components
  • The faulty devices are tested in different functional testers to determine the fault cause of the devices.
  • Debug Technician has to understand the test result and determine the further steps to find the root cause of the failure. Within this task he should be capable to use the measuring devices at debug stations such as multimeter, oscilloscope, power meter, signal analyzer.
  • Debug Technician has to understand the soldering processes, capable to solder PTH and SMD components. Its important to differentiate the leaded and lead free soldering.
  • During the failure analysis Debug Technicianhas to analyze radiofrequency, analogue and digital circuits. It requires knowledge of transistor and operational amplifier based circuits, positive and negative feedback, PLL and VCO functionality, switching power supply circuits, digital modulation.
  • He/she should understand the logic circuits, gates, clock and data signal lines, memory and processor functionality.
